Overview
WALK CLOSED a trip to Brownsea with our local guide who see you over on the Ferry and be on the Island should you need her. There are a range or marked routes for you to explore at your leisure so you can see the iconic red squirrels, unique Habitats and tranquil beaches in your own time. Brownsea is the birthplace of the scouting movement and there is plenty to see and do including a lovely Cafe. This trip involves ferries and the start location is 30 minutes from the HUB location in Purbeck.

Meeting point instructions:
This location is a 25 min drive through Wareham and Sandford and via the A35 to Poole - at the Holes Bay roundabout turn right and follow the
signs to Poole Quay. You will see the Britannia parking site next to Force 4 Chandlery. Park here and cross the road to the quayside before heading left towards the marina and bars etc. You will see a small yellow kiosk and the Ferries waiting on the Quay - your HOSTS will be there in their bright vests! Parking is circa ?4.50 and you need to add your car reg no before paying - no change, no banknotes or phone payment options.
