Overview
A lovely walk from Harmans cross station to Corfe Castle via a stunning valley and Corfe Common where wild horses roam. It can be muddy but this route is tranquil and lovely with views of the steam trains and Castle both of which can be enjoyed as part of the walk. We arrive in Corfe in time to enjoy a drink or lunch, visit the shops and castle at leisure or hop on the Steam train straight back the choice is yours! Your leaders will have the timetable to let you know the train times back to the start. This iconic railway trundles through the valley and a ticket back the start point is circa £12 cards required no cash accepted in ticket offices)

Harmans Cross sits on the A351 between Swanage and Corfe - if travelling from Corfe the station can be found by turning right before you reach the petrol station. It is signposted. If coming from Swanage, look out for the signpost to the left after the SECOND petrol station. The Station Car park is opposite the Village Hall and the Station is signposted. Parking is FREE
