Learn to Nordic Walk Course (Intensive) 1 x 1.5 hour session
Poles will be provided.
This session takes place outdoors so please check the forecast and dress for the weather. Good footwear is important so walking shoes, sturdy trainers or walking boots are all fine. Remember to bring water or snacks if required.
The session is broken down in to 3 main parts:
Introduction to, and familiarisation with, the equipment and techniques;
Looking at, and practice in, the ‘Gears’ system – How to vary pace and intensity;
and then going for a walk and incorporating revision of techniques learned.
A follow-up session at a mutually convenient time is recommended. This is included in the price.
