And like cars Nordic walking has developed over time to reflect a growing awareness of body mechanics.
In this 90 minute session you will incorporate postural and movement checks and explore the full Nordic Walking technique including all the gears and Double Poling, with drills to help you gain a more comprehensive understanding of poles to maximise them for everything from fitness walking to running.
This session involves plenty of practice, fault correction and personal guidance in order to leave you with a greater understanding of using poles for progression, fitness and results.
