SPECIAL OFFER!!!! LEARN TO NORDIC WALK IN A SMALL GROUP SESSION ONLY £15PP* LIMITED TO 5 PEOPLE In this class you will learn the correct technique for  nordic walking and how it is very different from walking with trekking poles.  We will cover posture, movement, gears and how to correctly walk up and down hills in order to fully engage your core muscles.   At the end of the class you will have earned your Freedom Passport and will be able to join in any other walks or classes with me or any other Nordic Walking UK instructor.   Note:  Poles will be provided for this training session. There are toilet and cafe facilities at Penshurst Place.    IMPORTANT: Please note this session is non-refundable once booked.   *(I normally run these sessions as private 1:1 sessions costing £40pp plus £15 per additional person)
