Refresher Walk
This is an ideal session to get you back to Nordic Walking, if you already have your Freedom Passport but haven't been able to attend a Nordic Walk in the past few months (or longer)
We'll cover all the basics, tips, uphill, downhill and maybe gears too, as we travel around Lyme Park.
Please contact me if you need to hire poles, £1 payable on the day of the walk
