Join us for a chatty walk planned for anyone who wants to get outside in the fresh air with great company and simply enjoy a good walk.  We have a lot of fun as we exercise in the fresh air. This is a very social session. Dover Lane is a firm favorite for alot of our members. It has various routes you can take through the wonderful Angmering Estate.
