It is easy to stick in our comfort zones, especially when it comes to fitness. However, it is important to understand that if we never push ourselves our fitness will never improve, but worst still, we can lose fitness.
Pushing ourselves does not need to be uncomfortable and it can be controlled in a supportive environment.
The TBW Fitness Walk sessions are designed to ensure we enjoy a walk but at the same time in small intervals push ourselves.
