Overview
For about an hour we will stride out, aiming to cover about 3 miles. This is an exercise session for those used to using their Nordic Walking Poles with the correct technique.
Although you may feel your heart beating a bit faster and your breathing a bit deeper, there will be plenty of opportunity to chat with your fellow walkers and take note of the countryside we are walking through.
The terrain will vary, sometimes flat, sometimes a bit steep, but well within your capacity.
And at the end there is usually a coffee available nearby.
