Improving functional fitness is key to every day activities. These sessions deliver exercises to improve mobility, strength, balance and coordination. Your overall fitness including your cardio output will improve, It is a whole body workout helping you feel more energised, Using smoveys will support your upper body and core strength and increase your heartrate. As we work in a group everyone can work within their limits. There will be plenty of opportunity to rest and all the exercises are differentiated to suit you. We use out poles to improve our core strength, balance and upper body range of movement. Improving posture is key to improve the way you walk!!
