Walk and Talk in Jephson Gardens

Overview

These walks are a great opportunity to exercise and meet and chat to other walkers. They are of gentle  pace with the opportunity should you wish to push yourself a little further. You will walk with a qualified walk leader or master. This walk will take place in Jephson Gardens with plenty of opportunity to sit, rest and watch the worid go by!!    This walk is ideal if you need confidence in getting back to walking as you will be supported along the way
