This activity will help with the fundamentals on how to train and give you the basic mechanics of how to use gym equipment safely, also structure a workout ensuring form is correct. All juniors under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult to take part. Please only book onto one class each week. We will be working on one muscle group each week.Club features
