GEMS Dance (over 65's)

Overview

GEMS is a friendly and relaxed dance class for over 65s which includes a mixture of seated and standing movements with a focus on everyone going at their own pace and above all, having fun! GEMS is more than a dance class. It’s about being part of a community, building friendships and everyone enjoying themselves. We cover a wide range of styles and facilitate the exploration of creative movement. There is the option to stay after the class for tea/coffee. We often showcase our dancers’ skills at performances – and everyone’s welcome to take part (if they’d like to)!
