Inclusive Aerial and Circus skills training

Overview

Uplift Aerial is an inclusive group who meet weekly to train in aerial disciplines, circus skills and dance training. We are a social group and enjoy using creativity, games and a holistic approach to create a warm and welcoming environment. We work towards making shows, participating in competitions and upskilling towards gaining awards. We occasionally take part in community and private events. Our focus is primarily on aerial training, we offer access to hoop, silks, ropes and trapeze. Our participants are supported by trained and qualified Diverse City Creative Support staff and led by our fully qualified and experienced aerial teachers at GEMS Circus school. We meet in term time only on Thursday evenings between 18:15pm - 19:45pm. We are located at St James Institute in Southbourne.
