Arm Cycling Spin Classes

Overview

We are running free arm cycling spin classes at the MoveWell Centre at the University of Birmingham. These classes are for everyone, all abilities welcome! The classes are run every Tuesday at 4pm and Friday at 1pm, starting from the 1st October. The classes will last 45 minutes, and are free to attend! We structure them like a spin class, with changed in speed matching the beat of the music. We use a mix of speed and strength tracks, to target different areas of fitness. The first class will be on Tuesday 1st October. We are running this as an introductory class for anyone who may want to try it out or come watch to see what the classes are like. We will be running a social with some refreshments after for anyone chance to meet new people and speak to us if you have any questions. We hope to see you there! Meeting point instructions:

There is a car park located at the base of the building, where we can meet you. Alternatively, you can enter the building and head towards the lift which are on the left as you enter. You can then take the lift up to floor 2, where you will find the MoveWell centre entrance off your left as you come out the lift. There is a doorbell if the doors are closed.

Accessibility Information:

This location is fully accessible. There is disabled parking in the car park, as well as the lower level car park next to the building. We have lifts up to the centre, and the centre is all accessible. There are disabled toilets in the centre.
