Regular fortnightly Monday sessions: Juniors Family session - for ages 7-11 and their adult and siblings. Come together to play, explore and dance together in these fun family workshops. Using a multi-sensory approach, join us to go on an adventure each workshop exploring different themes as inspiration for movement exploration. Will it be space, the rainforest or underwater, the possibilities are endless... Seniors session - for ages 12-21. In the Seniors session we further develop individual creativity and skills through the creative contemporary dance syllabus IRIS. IRIS is an innovative inclusive dance syllabus created by the world renowned Stopgap Dance Company. IRIS is designed to "nurture the disabled dancers of tomorrow" and Dash Dot Dance is the only organisation in East London to offer this training by an experienced Stopgap dance artist.
