Hull Hornets Wheelchair Basketball Club
Overview
Hull hornets is a wheelchair Basketball club based at the university of Hull. We currently compete in development level leagues so everyone can participate with us. Equipment is provided all you need to bring is yourself in comfortable sports clothes and a water bottle! We train on Sundays 15:00 - 17:00 at the University Of Hull sports centre. Our coaches are registered level 1 and 2 coaches with BWB and have full safeguarding and anti doping training in accordance with BWB's regulations. Our level 2 coach is also DBS checked in line with BWB regulations. Currently, we can only accommodate players that are 18 or above however we are looking to change this in the future! Wheelchair basketball is a fun, fast paced and technical sport that everyone can take part in no matter their age, ability or gender. You do not have to be disabled and we offer a great community spirt with friendly and safe games and playing opportunities.
