Goalball | Every Body Moves

Goalball

Overview

Friendly training for Goalball, a Paralympic sport designed for the visually impaired but enjoyed by sighted friends as well. Come along and try out this unique sport. All you need are some indoor trainers and sports clothes - we recommend long legs and long sleeves since at times you will be sliding along the floor. We provide padding and eyeshades, and of course the coaching. Bring a water bottle as well and a snack if you need one during an afternoon of exercise. We are affiliated to our national governing body, Goalball UK, which organises tournaments at three levels in the UK - Regional, Intermediate and Super League. In only our second year as a club we will be entering teams in the first two tiers.
