Fulham FC Foundation - Down's Syndrome Tennis
Overview
The Fulham Badgers Tennis Sessions are for participants with Downs Syndrome aged 5 years and over. Sessions are delivered by highly qualified and experienced coaches. Our Fulham Badgers Tennis Sessions can be the first step for a player on their tennis journey, or for the more experienced tennis player looking to play regularly in a safe and inclusive environment. Players will develop their tennis ability and build their confidence and ability to play in team environments. Players will also meet new friends and socialise with other budding tennis players. This session takes place in the indoor tennis courts at The National Tennis Centre, so please ensure players wear adequate clothing/layers and that they have with them: - Water bottle (no fizzy drinks) - Suitable footwear (Astro Trainers or Trainers. No studded footwear) We are not currently able to provide 1:1 supervision for individual players and if this is needed for any player, this must be provided by a parent/carer and is at the discretion of Fulham FC Foundation. All parents/carers will be allowed to remain on site to watch the sessions. Fulham Football Club Foundation are committed to promoting environmental sustainability and therefore politely request that participants across all our programmes arrive with their own multi-use drinks bottle rather than a single-use bottle. Sessions are booked in half termly blocks and sessions run during Term Time only. You can book sessions at www.fulhamsoccerschools.com and search 'Pan DisAbility' in the Activity Type. Please get in touch if you would like any further information.Club features
