Sailability / Paddleability Sessions

Overview

We offer accessible Sailing, paddling and powerboat trips on Saturday mornings at 10.30 to 12.30 pm. It costs £6 per participant, carer goes free. If room we will try to support siblings participants, donation for their involvement welcomed. Powerboat trips will leave at 10.30 and 11.30. Please book ahead onto the session by emailing sailability@allaboardwatersports.co.uk. On Tuesdays, we do offer powerboat trips from 10.00 am to 2.00pm. These must be booked ahead of the date, by emailing sailability@allaboardwatersports.co.uk. Same prices apply.

Meeting point instructions:

We meet by the flag pole outside the cottage Pub which is beside the water edge. There is a table and flags and signs stating this is the meeting point for Sailability/Paddleability.

Accessibility Information:

We have a harbour side hoist, cushions for support in the boats and transfer boards. The centre is completely wheelchair accessible, with step-free entrances, a disabled toilet and disabled shower room with a changing table and overhead hoist. We have a powerboat where the front of the boat drops down into a ramp allowing a wheelchair access. We have adapted sailing boats and kayaks and canoes with adapted equipment (i.e. a kayak with stabilisers , a versa paddle etc. )
