The mind and body are deeply connected, and often our physical aches and pains, as well as our emotional struggles like anxiety or low mood are rooted in unaddressed emotions stored in the body. Join me for a fun and nurturing evening session to reset your nervous system, so that right at the onset of 2026 you can already begin to nourish yourself. Using mindful movement, breathwork, meditation and sound, this session offers a safe and supportive space to nurture yourself, bringing the mind and body back into balance for the new year ahead. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioner, beginners and experienced, but there will be some gentle but dynamac flow sequences that require mobility and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease.
