A 45 minutes online class using roller and spiky balls. We begin with roller releases for whole body - with focused work on shoulders, hips and hamstrings which continues with the use of the spiky balls. The 45 minute session also included advanced moves and exploration for monthly members and those who have previously attended Trifgger Point Pilates classes. Non members and those new to TPP can join the first 30 minutes where we cover all the basics for a full body release.
