Overview
Each week, the Chair Yoga class will be focused on a balanced combination of movements and breath, done on the chair or standing with the support of the chair, with special attention to alignment and posture. You will be encouraged to work at your pace. Options and modifications will be offered to address individual needs. This class may be suitable for those recovering from an injury or an operation (always seek consultant’s or doctor’s advice beforehand). At the end of each practice, a well-deserved rest to leave you feeling rejuvenated, calm, relaxed, stretched, toned and positive.Club features
