Designed for those who would like to try something new, but feel that they do not possess a lot of strength, or confidence; for people who may feel a little anxious about trying something new, and worry that being over 50, and/or plus size, means they cannot explore a sport like pole fitness/dancing. This four-week course is for you. Four classes to be introduced to the most all-welcoming and accepting world of a sport and fitness regime which is as addictive as it is fun.Club features
