Overview
SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE Expect a nice gentle flowing class to warm your body and boost your energy levels whilst improving your overall flexibility and fitness. This class will include a mix of Hatha, Qi Gong and Yin Yoga that's specifically beneficial for nourishing our bodies and minds for the Winter Season. Finishing off with a lovely, warm and cosy Savasana. Ideal if you are new to yoga or prefer a slower paced class. These classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Other aspects of yoga, such as meditation and breathing techniques, will be included.Club features
