This class is tailored for individuals who may find it challenging to transition between sitting and standing. However, its benefits extend across diverse demographics. SuperJo, for instance, has personally experienced notable improvements, particularly in achieving firmer buttocks! Numbers are limited to keep this is a small group class so each class member can get lots of individual help. Come and give it a go!! You'll be surprised how much you like it! Participants usually sit in a circle and have a little natter as they workout. I will constantly be showing alternatives so that everyone gets to work at their own pace.
