Postures are approached with care and intention, allowing time for muscles to engage fully and work deeply. Movements are steady and deliberate, encouraging the body to generate strength from within rather than relying on speed or force. You’ll move through thoughtful sequences that use your own bodyweight to build strength, stability, and confidence, with pauses to notice sensation, breath, and alignment along the way.
