Overview
This class is based on the BASI Pilates method with a strong focus on mind body connection, core strength (not just abs), mobility and strength. This class is a great overall body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, longer and invigorated. This class is Mixed Ability and best suited to those that have done some form of Mat Pilates before. If unsure of the suitability, please get in touch. Strong cues, adjustments and modifications and progressions will be provided throughout the class.Club features
