Overview
Yoga without the up and down to the floor. Chair Yoga is ideal if you're feeling a bit stiff and creaky, or maybe feeling a bit off balance, or perhaps working with an injury or condition that limits your mobility or strength. This class will start seated. Students then have the option to practice some standing postures - using the chair for balance, if required - or you may prefer to stay seated throughout.Club features
