Tuning our bodies and minds into Spring and getting the best of out of ourselves during this season. Expect a gentle flowing class to warm your body and boost your energy levels whilst improving your overall flexibility and fitness. Gentle yoga is a great place to start if you are new to yoga or prefer a slower paced class. These classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of experience. Other aspects of yoga, such as qi gong, meditation and breathing techniques, will be included.Club features
