Overview
Come and join us for a fun outdoor bootcamp style workout - without the shouting. In this class we will use a mixture of battle ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells and more as we create a workout which will build strength and promote energy levels. This class is perfect whether you have a weight management goal, or want to get lean. Maybe you want to meet new people, and get in some exercise whilst doing it.
