Overview
Come and join us for a fun outdoor bootcamp style workout - without the shouting. In this class we will use a mixture of battle ropes, slam balls, dumbbells, barbells and more as we create a workout which will build strength and promote energy levels. This class is perfect whether you have a weight management goal, or want to get lean. Maybe you want to meet new people, and get in some exercise whilst doing it. Don't worry if you are new to exercise, as we have options for everybody. In our classes 'Everybody fits in.'
