Please note there is no group session on Friday 27th Oct (half term week).
Course cost £30, to be paid for in full prior to start of course, or at first session.

Group run covering 3-4 miles at runners own pace.
For all abilities except beginner, able to do 30mins continuous running. Various road & off-road sessions including endurance, sprints, pace management, hills, fartlek and running drills. 5-10km distance.
