Start the morning with an atmospheric run followed by coffee for anyone who can stay. **It doesn't matter if you can't run continuously yet - run/walk is TOTALLY fine and what we are expecting from many people joining us.** We will be back by 8.15 to allow everyone to crack on with their day.
