Runners between 25 minute and 30 minute parkrun (5km). The run will typically last 60 minutes finishing at 7:30pm. You must be a member of Doncaster AC to take part.
We run around 5k, we cater for all paces. All we ask is that you can run/jog for 30 minutes before you join us.
We charge £2 per session, we do ask for you to pay in advance for 10 sessions (Your run credits will only be used when you run)
A beautiful run on the North Downs Way overlooking the Surrey Hills.
Following the footpath there will be a few undulating hills but nothing you can't conquer with confidence!
An easy, relaxed route with an out & back loop so we don't have to worry about distance…

Couch to 5K Graduates social running group. Members of the public can join for sociable 5K-10k training runs. Suitable for intermediate runners that have previous running experience and want to get back to running. Supported by Jog Walsall Leader Louise Wedgbury-Berry.
