Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, challenge our balance and stretch. Something to look forward to in the week. Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine. Equipment: Small ball and resistance band plus chair.
