Fabulous fun way to improve or maintain mobility. After a little catch up we dance to warm up, strengthen, challenge our balance and stretch. Something to look forward to in the week. Space Required: Small amount of space around your chair. I do encourage standing at one point but if you want to keep seated that is fine. Equipment: Small ball and resistance band plus chair. I can post these out to you.

This class is for people who may find a general class challenging. It involves mostly chair based stretching and strengthening techniques. Adapted classical yoga postures. The option for some standing work and some floor based work. If you find it a challenge to get to the floor you can do this part of the class on a bed. Some breathing practice and relaxation.
