OFC offer multiple fun, safe and exciting youth club sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - 5pm at Naseby youth centre, Alum Rock, B8 3HG. Anyone aged 10 - 16 can come down and join, These sessions include pool tournaments, table tennis matches, arcade boxing machine tournaments, FIFA tournaments, multisports activities and more.

A fun session filled with boxing based activities run by our excellent coach Zach. No previous experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their boxing skills further! A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

Our purpose built sensory room is designed for disabled children and adults, and also under 5's. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses will be done standing using a chair/ballet barre for support. Chair yoga can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £12.00 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
