A fun but intense working teaching boxercise techniques. A great way to meet new people and improve fitness levels whilst learning to improve boxing techniques, stance and footwork.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions 

Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Limitless Clubs have committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment. Clubs may offer integrated inclusive sessions, or separate Limitless sessions specifically for disabled riders. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site 01472 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.

Our Skill X classes are based on developing athletic performance using a balanced training format scientifically proven to increase physical capacities. All workouts are designed to supercharge your Power, Agility, Speed, and Stamina, all within a short 45-minute session.

The Accessible Swim Session is designed to help disabled and less-abled swimmers to build on their water confidence and swimming technique. Available to to all users in a friendly and supportive environment. Pool hoist available if required.
