Join us for our first walk of the week, meeting outside Derby road post office in northend. This a lovely gentle walk, chatting along the way and taking in the beautiful views of the shore halfway through the walk. This walk is flat paced and takes around an hour. The walk ends in a local cafe if you would like to join us for refreshments after the walk.
Our Club meets every Monday, at Lanarkshire Ice Rink, from 12.15 to 2.15 p.m. - Season 24/25 will be restarting on Monday 30th September and will run to Monday 24th March 2025. We aim to promote and develop wheelchair curling to both social and competitive players of all ages and abilities.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
We run an inclusive walking tennis session to help support people to stay active for longer. Come and give it a go! Our indoor Walking Tennis sessions started as a way for people with lower mobility to still participate in tennis. The smaller court, softer balls and two bounces allow the game to be played at normal speed but with less need for running. We now have around 20 players playing weekly!
