Wellbeing Walks are short walks, run by friendly, specially trained volunteer walk leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support. All walks are free of charge and are open to everyone – you don’t need to preregister, just come along and join us. The routes start and finish at the same location as advertised, and last between 30 and 90 minutes. Come and join us on our walk where we start at South Parade Pier in Southsea. We walk along the promenade passing attractions including Southsea Castle, the D Day Museum and sights over the Solent. We walk to Clarence Pier and take a walk back from here to a local café for tea or coffee. This is a wonderful seafront walk for taking in the fresh sea air, and seeing the sights that Southsea has to offer. This is a flat path which is suitable for all abilities.
Looking for a class to get you a little more active with a great social element? Then this is the class for you! 40-45minutes of fun, gentle chair based exercise, followed by a complimentary hot drink and a chat in our café. Warning - the muscles most likely to ache after are from talking and laughing!
