Wheelchair rugby is a fast paced, full contact team sport open to ages eight upwards and both sexes and to most levels of disabilities, especially those with higher levels of disabilities for whom there are very few options to take part in sport.

Quiet Swim – Enjoy a calm and relaxing swimming session in a peaceful environment. Clyde Cycle Park is a British Cycling Limitless Club. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability.
