Our popular Pan-Disability Soccer Skill Centre gives participants the chance to play football against other players with differing impairments. The Skill Centre is designed to improve footballing skills whilst boosting social skills such as self-esteem and confidence.
Aerial isn't easy. But the challenge is part of what makes it so fun! We're all about making it as accessible as we can. So this class is for people who want a slower paced aerial class and might need some more assistance. We will rig the equipment at a lower height and provide as much support as we can to get you making some shapes in the air, most likely on slings and hoop, but we're flexible on this one too. We welcome wheelchair users, disabled people, visually impaired adults as well ...
Trampoline and Gymnastics Coaching. All welcome. Over 10% of our members have a disability and we are encouraging more to join. We adapt the activities on the Trampoline to your specific disability. You don't have to be able to bounce, we use bean bags and can bounce you. If you can't see, we will bounce with you. Give it a go, it's fun.
We are excited to announce the launch of our new football sessions tailored specifically for primary-aged children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). These sessions aim to provide a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child can enjoy playing football, regardless of their abilities.
