A spectacular short walk up a gorge criss-crossed by footbridges and ending in a waterfall. We will meet at the Big Burn car park in Golspie that is signposted off the A9. The circuit is just 3km in itself but we will extend it going out towards Dunrobin to add another 3 or so kms. Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. Sessions are full of fun, laughter and camaraderie. Session for family to build water confidence in a calm environment with unique ambience created by coloured lighting effects and sounds/music. This activity’s ideal for those looking to enjoy a sensory experience based around visual, hearing and touch senses.
Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions

We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm. Limitless, is British Cycling’s inclusive cycling programme which provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. Walking netball is played at walking pace, with players not allowed to run. This includes with the ball or off the ball, and includes jogging. You can ‘walk’ as fast as you want and walking as described in the rules is “one foot must be in contact with the ground at all times'”.
