Inclusive gym session led by Sport for Confidence. Sport for Confidence programmes place health professionals and specialist coaches into leisure centers, to provide inclusive sporting opportunities to people who face barriers to participation, including those with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia, autism, physical impairment or disability, homelessness, and many other complex health needs.
A slower-paced version of the world`s most popular sport, aimed at the over 50's. Smaller pitches and plenty of breaks ensure that participants enjoy a safe and enjoyable return to football. The slower pace doesn't detract from the competition though - it`s much more than just a stroll in the park!

A simple, safe and low-impact class. Ideal if you are older, new to exercise or returning after a break. Includes optional floor, tummy, stretch and relax sessions.
Circuit training is a workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that taxes your muscular strength and endurance and your cardiorespiratory system. Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Age 14+
