The class is a friendly place where you will be exercising within a group. There is a combination of seated and standing exercise to help improve Stamina, Strengthen Muscles and Bones and improve Balance.
A spectacular short walk up a gorge criss-crossed by footbridges and ending in a waterfall. We will meet at the Big Burn car park in Golspie that is signposted off the A9. The circuit is just 3km in itself but we will extend it going out towards Dunrobin to add another 3 or so kms. We are a group of players ranging from complete beginners to club curlers, Paralympians and even world champions!! The club has a 2 hour session most Fridays from October through to March starting at either 11.45am or 12.15pm.
