We operate an open session for regular or occasional interval training on the track at the SGS WISE campus track. The training starts at 6:15 with a few warm up laps, drills and then an interval session (effort/rest/effort/rest etc.) finishing around 7:15. Anyone capable of running a continuous 5k is welcome and we operate different groups to suit everyone's pace. PLEASE NOTE: If you have never used the toning suite before you are required an induction. Inductions are £11.80 and must be booked over the phone or in site (01472) 326875. You are only permitted to use the Toning Suite if you meet a certain criteria which will be authorised by the Fitness Supervisor.
