Master Pole Walking in 90 minutes! Find out how to use fitness walking poles to achieve the results YOU want. This course will help you understand how to select the right kind of poles and use them for health, fitness, fun or challenges. Your first group walk is FREE! You will also obtain your Freedom Pass which enables you to book on group walks all over the UK with Nordic Walking UK (NWUK) and WALX. Strapped and Strapless Poles will be provided for you to use during the course.
Simply enjoy sociable Nordic walking in stunning locations with a mixed ability group. Lead by Norah Eastick. This walk makes the most of our beautiful country and is a relaxing way to enjoy being active outdoors.
Learning Disability Tennis is for anyone who wants have a go at tennis who has a learning disability. There are two sessions per week - Saturday 2.30-3.30pm and Thursday 4.30-5.30pm.
