This is a Quiet Soft Play session for children up to 10 years old. Some session features include no music, familiar faces, and reduced capacity. Junior tickets include 1 free adult. All additional adults need to purchase a ticket. Socks must be worn at all times. No outside food or drink is permitted.

Our Dancing with Parkinson's programme offers dance and movement sessions which are appropriate for those living with Parkinson's and anyone living with a neurological condition, heart or circulatory disease. We are proud that this programme not only delivers a high-quality dance experience for the participants but also allows their companions if they wish to experience it alongside them. Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
