  Join me for a 6 mile walk up the canal probably to the new bridge on Edith Rigby Bridge and return taking in Haslam park on the way back. This will be a faster paced walk than is usual pushing you slighty out of your comfort zone. A total body walk but if you have the more traditional poles you are still very much welcome because it all applies. It is essential to register and book in advance online.
