Class designed for those that have had a fall, fearful of falling or those recovering from illness or surgery and want to regain strength balance and coordination, session designed in conjunction with Age UK
This class is for men and women with mobility problems and those who find a regular class too difficult. The class can be done seated or standing. I have experience of teaching older people and those with arthritis, joint replacements, osteoporosis, Parkinson's, MS, COPD, asthma, diabetes, weight management issues, post cancer, early dementia, macular degeneration.

An adaptable class that responds to your individual ability and focus. Perfect for returning to exercise, building confidence and fitness. Suitable for recovery from injury or managing a musculoskeletal condition as well as general wellbeing.
