Join me for a gentle hour of Qi Gong - energy management, Tai Chi Form work and meditation. Learn to coordinate you movement with mind and breath to improve wellbeing. A fun session filled with boxing based activities run by our excellent coach Zach. No previous experience is needed! This session caters for those new to the sport, in addition to those wanting to progress their boxing skills further!
