A gentle walking pace incorporating strength and balance exercises outdoors. This Wellness WALX is designed for those who benefit from progressive, gentle exercise, and is open to those using poles, not using poles or who would like to try poles. Beginners are very welcome.

Sessions for adults to swim socially, no lanes. These sessions are generally quieter and so may be more suitable for those living with dementia, neurodivergence and/or other long term health conditions
Class is gentle seated exercise for less mobile members. Suitable for people with mobility issues.
A mindful 60 minute practice which will include movement, stillness, breath work and relaxation. This class will be suitable for you if: You cannot get down to and up from the floor; You cannot stand, or need support standing; You have a long term medical condition or physical limitations (eg MS, chronic fatigue, COPD, arthritis); You are awaiting surgery or recovering from surgery; All sorts of other conditions - please call Lucy to discuss.

Our women-only chair-based exercise sessions are gentle, inclusive and perfect for all levels. No experience needed. A great way to stay active, build strength and connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
Falls are not an inevitable part of getting older and the good news is, falls can often be prevented. Steady and Strong classes for older adults have been developed by experts to increase your strength and balance, helping you to stay stronger for longer and able to keep doing the things you love. You will do a mix of seated and standing exercises, with chair support for those who need it.
